Silver Hare Racing Heads to Barber with Momentum and a Debut
October 15, 2025
HIGH POINT, N.C. (October 15, 2025) – The 2025 CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series heads south this weekend to the rolling hills of Birmingham, Alabama, where Silver Hare Racing will take on Round 9 at Barber Motorsports Park.
Rising star Noah Harmon returns behind the wheel of the No. 7 CUBE 3 Architecture/Streetside Classics Chevrolet, while 18-year-old Jake Bollman makes his much-anticipated TA2 Series debut in the No. 75 Guy M. Turner/Waukegan Farms Chevrolet, adding an exciting new chapter to the team’s driver development program.
For Harmon, momentum is on his side. The Florida native is coming off a career-best podium finish at VIR and a runner-up result last weekend at Road Atlanta in the MX-5 Cup. Silver Hare Racing also tested at Barber last month with Harmon, giving the team and driver valuable laps heading into race weekend.
“This has been such a fun stretch for us,” Harmon said. “The team has given me a great car every weekend, and we’ve been able to build speed and confidence with every race. Getting to test here a few weeks ago was huge, it gave us a great baseline to start from. Barber is such a technical, flowing track. There’s no room for mistakes, but with how well our season has been progressing, I’m really excited to keep this momentum going.”
Crew chief Jeff Cessna credits Harmon’s consistency and adaptability for the team’s recent success.
“Noah’s really come into his own,” said Cessna. “He’s been fast everywhere we’ve gone, and now he’s showing the composure it takes to turn that speed into results. The podiums at VIR and Road Atlanta are a big confidence boost, and with the test time we had here at Barber, I think we’re set up for another strong weekend.”
Meanwhile, Jake Bollman begins his TA2 journey this weekend at Barber with crew chief Jeff Holley, who helped guide Bollman through a productive test at Virginia International Raceway last month. The California native, already a proven race winner in Late Models and the ARCA Menards Series West, is eager to take on the challenge of TA2 competition.
“I’m thrilled to make my debut with Silver Hare Racing,” Bollman said. “We had a really positive test at VIR where I got comfortable with the car and the team right away. Jeff [Holley] and everyone at Silver Hare have been awesome helping me prepare. Barber is a beautiful, technical track, and I’m just looking forward to learning as much as I can and putting together a solid first weekend.”
Crew chief Jeff Holley is equally confident in Bollman’s approach heading into his first TA2 start.
“Jake’s got a great attitude and a natural feel for the car,” Holley said. “He adapted quickly during our VIR test, asked all the right questions, and soaked everything in. For a debut weekend, our focus is on learning and getting comfortable in race conditions—but with his talent and work ethic, I think he’s going to surprise some people.”
Round 9 of the 2025 CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series takes place Saturday, October 19, at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama. Fans can watch the race live at 2:30 p.m. ET on SpeedSport 1 and the Trans Am Series YouTube channel.
