F.A.S.T. Auto Racing Heads to Barber Motorsports Park with Dual Entry: TA2 and HR6 GT Class

After a strong start to the 2025 Trans Am season, F.A.S.T. Auto Racing is set to tackle Barber Motorsports Park this weekend with a double-entry effort. Adrian Wlostowski will pilot both the team’s  No. 3 Howe Racing TA2 Ford Mustang and the all-new Howe Racing Enterprises HR6, marking the team’s debut in the GT class. F.A.S.T. Auto will have 3 TA2 cars and the HR6 under their tent.

The HR6, debuted at the Performance Racing Industry Trade Show, is Howe’s latest road racing platform—lightweight, balanced, and purpose-built to bridge the gap between compact sports cars and pro-level race machines. Weighing in under 2,600 lbs and powered by a 400-horsepower 4.3L GM V6, the HR6 is engineered for agility, accessibility, and high-performance racing. Wlostowski’s GT entry will feature the HR6’s  “Kato” fiberglass body and run 18x9.5 Howe-spec monoblock forged wheels.

“Barber is a technical, flowing track that will really showcase the strengths of the HR6 chassis,” said Wlostowski. “We’re excited to bring this new platform to competition while continuing our TA2 campaign the same weekend. It’s going to be a big test for the whole team. Doing two 100 mile races the same day will be a challenge but we are ready and looking forward to it!”

The TA2 car, built by Howe Racing and backed by partners Compass Manufacturing International (CMI), AMT Motorsport, Stilo USA, Spot-On Services, Hawk Performance, Turn Key Motorsport, and F.A.S.T. Auto, will also return. With both entries racing the same day, the weekend at Barber will be one of the team’s most ambitious this year.

F.A.S.T. Auto Racing would like to thank its sponsors and technical partners for making this dual-class campaign possible. The team looks forward to building on early-season momentum and continuing to push forward on both fronts.

Stay tuned as the action unfolds from Birmingham, Alabama—F.A.S.T. Auto Racing is ready.
