Harmon Set to Carry Silver Hare Racing’s Colors in VIR Homecoming Race

The 2025 CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series returns to Virginia International Raceway this weekend, and for Silver Hare Racing, it’s more than just another round—it’s a homecoming.

The spotlight shifts to rookie Noah Harmon, who will pilot the No. 7 CUBE 3 Architecture/Streetside Classics Chevrolet. Harmon enters the weekend eager to capitalize on the speed he’s shown throughout the season and to put together a complete result at Silver Hare’s home track.

Harmon arrives at VIR with confidence, bolstered by two promising outings at Road America and Mid-Ohio that ended prematurely despite showing top-five pace. The 19-year-old also logged valuable laps at VIR last month, both in testing with Silver Hare and in competition during an MX-5 Cup event, giving him an extra level of comfort heading into the weekend.

“I’m really excited to be back in the car at VIR,” said Harmon. “This is a home race for the team, and it’s a track I’ve gotten a lot of laps at recently. Our test went really well—I felt comfortable right away, and I think we have a great baseline heading into the weekend. Road America and Mid-Ohio didn’t end the way we wanted, but the pace was there, and that gives me a lot of confidence going into VIR.”

Harmon’s rookie campaign has been guided by crew chief Jeff Cessna, who continues to be impressed with the young driver’s steady growth.

“Noah’s development has been fantastic to watch,” Cessna said. “He’s been quick at every track we’ve gone to, and the more laps he gets, the stronger he becomes. VIR is a tough, technical place, but with the testing we’ve done here and the confidence he’s bringing in, I think we’re going to have a really strong weekend.”

Round 9 of the 2025 CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series takes place Saturday, September 20, at VIRginia International Raceway at 12:30pm EST. Fans can watch the race live on SpeedSport 1.
