Justin Napoleon named Mike Cope Race Cars Hard Charger

Receives an MCRE built chassis for his efforts in TA2 in 2015

PARTNER RELEASE - CLEARWATER, Fla. [November 16, 2015] – Justin Napoleon was named the Mike Cope Race Cars Hard Charger at the Trans Am Year End Gala, recognized for his ability to continually move up through the field in the hyper-competitive TA2 class.

The award was the culmination of a season-long competition in which only drivers who competed in all 12 races were eligible for recognition. All eligible drivers’ improvements from start to finish were tabulated and the driver who showed the most improvement on an average basis became the winner of the Mike Cope Race Cars Hard Charger Award—in this case, Justin Napoleon, Trans Am Rookie from Magnolia, Texas.

As the winner of the Hard Charger Award, Justin was recognized for his efforts amongst his peers at the year-end gala and will be the recipient of a brand now Mike Cope Racing Enterprises (MCRE) built chassis.

“We want to once more recognize Justin for his efforts this season,” said Mike Cope, Owner of MCRE. “It’s been fun to watch his development as a driver over the course of the year and witness his improvement from our seats in pit row. We’re proud to recognize his achievement with this award and hope he puts the chassis to good use next year!”

MCRE is a proud partner of Trans Am and TA2 and looks forward to continuing its partnership into the 2016 season.

“We love Trans Am and TA2,” said Cope. “We’re proud to be associated with the Series on a partner level, and with awards like this we do our best to give back to the Series and the competitors who make it possible. It’s an absolutely fantastic series and a great class to be a part of; 2015 has been an experience unlike any other and we’re ready to do it all over again in 2016!”
